hello Dr. please suggest me something about my fitness back. I hv 2 month 27 dys daughter.. I want to fit my body but cnt diet bcz of feeding tell me something.. that will make me fit and breastfeeding continue karane me koi problem bhi naa ho

A. you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet.Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.

A. hello mam breastfeeding is the best way to reduce the weight and come back to your fitness nothing to be worried about your fitness you will get back to your fitness as your baby gross you're not even have time to eat that it is so take enough rest and strengthen your self continue walking undertaking the smaller meals instead of bigger
