Sowmya MMom of 4 children3 years agoA. hello actually you can start off with the semi solid kind of food items like Ragi porridge and cerelac and also you can give overcooked arise semi-solid kind of like soft food items like idli dosa khichdi pongal and seasonal fruits and boiled vegetables
