hello Dr, My son is having fever I have given him Crocin 240 but his fever is still thr... I need to give Meftal syrup... so how much ml should I give... my boy is 3.9 years old weight between 14 - 16

A. give 2 ml approximately meftal p if temp is more than 102F persistent. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
