Hello dr My Son is 3yr.6 m and wo Bhut Stammering karta hai, muje bhut tension ho raha hai isse kaise thik kar sakte hai. plz help me

A. It is not a positive sign you should start taking speech therapy because if the stammering is going to increase like this or the child is going to do continuously going to become a permanent habit so better to break it in the right time
