hello dr. my son is 3.5 year old.. from last 4 days he is doing one stool loose not watery and one stool normal.. other than that he is eating playing well and no pain in stomach.. wat to do?

A. If there is no water the story but little bit of loose tools there then there could be a possibility of little bit of indigestion for the child it would be good if you would consult your paediatrician ones regarding this they will be able to give a proper help on the situation
