Q.

hello dr, my son is 2yr 9 month now, if he sleep one hour a day( 3 to 4 pm) then he will sleep at 12:30 or 1:00 o clock at night till 9:30am and if he don't sleeps in day time then he sleeps between 10:15 to 10:45 and wake at 9:30am so plz tell me which पेटर ts good and also suggest something?

Q. Hey .. anyone please help me .. My baby girl wakes up at 9:00 am and dont eat anything till she take first nap at 12:00 pm after bath.
