hello dr. my son age is 3.4 years he is having heavy nose bleeding twice in a week. it was frequently from the 1.5 yrs but from 2021 it is quite often.nose bleeds not from any particular nostril it can be left sometime or right . we had checked his blood hemograme test in which bt ct and pt are all normal his hb is 10.7 now as per dr we gave him nose drops botroclot 3 times in a day.plz tell us the cause
