Hello Dr! my girl is now 11 months old. please suggest me healthy diet chart for her because her weight is not good as compatible her age. Thank you.

A. Dear mum, for 11 months old baby girl, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. You can give foods like roti soaked in dal or vegetable, vegetable dal rice, khichadi, daliya, pulao, idli, dosa. Fruits Curd, paneer, cheese. You can give eggs and non veg foods Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. Add ghee to every meal. Give top food 4 times a day and up to three fourth katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
