hello dr, my daughter is 8 yr old. she is having fever from sat ,i.e 2nd of nov 2024. after giving antipyretic, temp comes down to normal but in 12 hrs again fever . any tests we should get done

A. If it has become 12 hours that means slowly the fever is reducing otherwise in normal course of life the fever increased every 4 to 5 hours as of now condition is very normal need not worry about it and if needed please consult your doctor relating to the same
