Hello Dr. My daughter is 5weeks old and is taking breastmilk as well as formula milk. Her poop smells foul Is it normal ? and please if you could tell if passing loose stool thrice is ok or a matter of concern ? thanks

A. the baby is more than five months of age if the sole of the baby is smelling you can give neopeptine drops to the baby e 0.5 ml 2 times a day
