hello dr my daughter is 2 years 10 months old. she had runny nose and dry cough. whole night she coughing as she sleep. please suggest any syrup. as of now we are giving her pfizer syrup.

We cannot advise your medicines just like that you’ll have to consult your doctor ones the paediatrician has to examine the child and after that only they can provide the right medication to go ahead with so please talk to your daughter get the child examined
