if child is active playful, achieving growth milestones, not falling sick frequently, then do not worry.
for good weight and health child should be having a balanced diet having all the food groups
now you should be giving all the foods that you consume in the family. give food frequently 4 to 5 times a day, more than One Katori per meal and 2 healthy snacks in between
childs daily diet other than cereals should have:
good protein like pulses beans egg soya , milk and Milk products, chicken
variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables
Nuts like almond ,dry fruits
add ghee on top of food to provide energy
avoid fruit juices and thin soup as they fill up the stomach and provide less nutrition
avoid intake of junk and packet foods.

A. Hi good morning mum!!! Weight seems ok not too less. You can give avocado. Avocado 's are healthy and can help in weight gain too. You can give bananas thrice a week and you can also include potato, sweet potatoes, thrice a week, ragi can be given.
