hello dr. my daughter is 13 month old. weight 9kg. from yesterday she had fever. I think she had gas in stomac also. so I give her Himalayas bonnisons and parasitamal. instant she vomit and she fine. but after some time fever repeated. again I give same2medicine. in night she again vomit. today morning fever again repeated. I give her parasitamal and bonnisons. now she well. I want to know for what reason fever repeated? what can I do? because child dr will come here tomorrow. for today what can I do. pls help

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
