Hello Dr, My daughter is 1 year 3 months old today in the morning she fell off from the bed i checked her body everywhere she didn't got any bump on head too but in the evening there was a little fever her body temperature was a bit high than regular which i could feel so what shoul i do

A. no problems baby on touch can have warm soles and head. It s a normal and healthy thing. Check temperature at armpit level and if above 99 fahrenheit then we treat fever in babies. Can give drops paracetamol like  calpol / T 98 / Sumol as per ba y weight . Can be repeated every 6 hours .
