it can be due to constipation as well. Please check and confirm whether your child is not able to pass stool freely and is putting too munch pressure. In such case blood spots can be found.
You can still feed coconut water or juices or fiber rich foods include Hing pepper turmeric mint ginger garlic in your child's food.
