ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Give Warm soups which you preffer, boiled vegetables like carrot, beans, pumpkin., n fruit like apple, avcado, pear. Give oats, roti, daliya, Daal-khichdi adding some ghee, are good option.
