Hello Dr. My child having 101F temperature from yesterday. i am giving Crocin240Mg Crocin240Mg of 4ml each time with in an intervel of 6hrs. Temperature coming down and gain raising. pls suggest. Child wight: 11.3kg Note : child is active and taking food well.

A. that's will continue fir 3 to 4 days.. and gradually tappers.. give crocin syp in this dose if temp is more than 100 f. give ple ty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
