hello dr,my boy is 3 yrs 6 month old..he will tell all the words when I show pics nd objects..he will ask all his needs..he is speaking only two joined words or sometimes single word for communicating with us..I felt that it is not up to his age level..also he started to speak in his 2 years 6 month old..but he respond all wen we ask to him..suggest that we worried?
