Hello dr my baby is of 2 month & he is on formula & from last weak is urine colour has changed to dark yellow please help me with the same what can be reason

A. Hello mom try to dilute the formula milk a little more and add less of the mix … and observe the change in his Urine colour and he is quite thick in consistency
