Hello Dr. My baby is 9 month old. Last month se dr. ne use iron supplements start kiya tha usake bad use bahot hard potti hoti hai. After that dr. ne iorn stop kiya but abhi bhi use potti krne me bahot problem hoti hai. bahot hard hoti hai.. Kya feed kre jise ye problem kam ho jaye??? Hard hone ki vasese easily nahi kr pata baby potti....

otherwise try including some natural fibre containing food items like dates prunes Chiku give plenty of water and other Fluids to drink and enhance the physical activity
