Hello Dr my baby is 1 year old should i give vitamin d medicine to baby now

A. if you have given for the whole year till 1 year you should not give now here you can follow your doctor advise and he will explain you in a proper manner after doing a proper assessment as it's important . So it's better to get the solution in a correct way . You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .

A. hi dear Vitamin D is measured in international units (IU). Babies younger than 1 year old need 400 IU of vitamin D a day. Baby formula has 400 IU per liter, so babies who drink at least 32 ounces of formula each day get enough.
