A. Don’t let the baby have a nap during the evening and keep the baby up. Also turn off the lights and make the baby sleep even if the baby is not sleepy. You have to start to sleep routine and eventually the baby will follow thatWrite Your Answer Here

A. Sleep pattern of small babies is very different and if the child is not having any discomfort or any cause like infantile colic ,nasal blockage or any kind of pain and if the child is playful and taking proper feeding so this pattern will get normal with time.just keep monitoring your baby for comfortable position and temperature. every baby has its own sleeping pattern ,only after 6 mons of age you can set a regular sleep cycle gradually with time n age. do not allow day time sleep , massage the feet of the baby for a relaxed and undisturbed sleep. lesser the noise n better the sleep. make your child involved in such a physical activity so that the child is tired during the sleeping time at night

A. U Please do not make your child sleep during the day because if your child is completing sleep during the day time which is why your child is active in the night time so don’t make your child sleep through the day make your child play make your child of active through the day so that your child sleeps peacefully at night
