A. dear mum baby should gain at least 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less exclusively breastfeed till 6 months at one time feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain ensure that baby latches properly during breastfeeding.
