Hello dr. My 2.5 yr LO is asking for scratching his body all the time and at night in sleep also.plz suggest what to do

A. it can occur due to dryness of the skin and it also can occur due to some type of skin infection so better to meet your doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment and see at the place in which the child is sleeping is is allergy free and insect free
