My 1.6 year old baby fell down from bed, and hit his back head. 1 drop of blood came from his nose. There s no wound in his nose and head. I dont know, how did he fell and why he s having nose bleed. he was cried 5 minutes and then playing and sleeping.. he s normal. When i touch his nose and back head, he is not crying. No vomit or weakness. But, I am worrying this may cause any problem in future, whether i need to take any scan? Is this because of any internal bleeding? Is it serious or normal in babies?

please show ENT doctor see with babies not all will be as per text. each baby has her own pace of learning n milestone s ok. so don't stress unnecessary. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her
