hello Dr meri beti 18 month ki h wo breakfast m ek din daliya khati h r ek din ots khati h...ise uska weight gain hoga ki loss

A. it is important for you to know that the weight of the child depends upon the genetic patterns and by that pattern only the weight gain in child is seen. it also depends upon the diet the child is taking. so it is advisable that you should meet the doctor who will tell you whether there is anything to worry or not and whether the child requires any health supplements. the child should be given different flavours and recipes made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and cfruits daily in small amount. you can add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child. you can go throughc many recipes for children in different flavour and taste for your child on firstcry

A. Little bit of weight gain you can expect not weight loss because your child is eating healthy fibre rich diet but this is not going to be enough for overall growth of your child because it’s not only fibre it has to be a balanced diet of carbs proteins everything is important to be given
