Hello dr meri baby 4 month ki hai uska forehead garam lag rha hai bt fever check (armpit) kiya toh 98.8 hai kya muje use paracetamol drops dena chahiye

you can keep checking her body temperature timely,.
breast feed more often. wear him comfortable cotton clothes.
