hello dr mere bete ko 4 days se fever h , cold n cough bhi h fvr main use shaam ko hona start hota h 102 - 104 jata h and aaj to eyes bhi swelled hai red ho rhi h and open bhi nhi ho rhi thi kya kru me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same asnd you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic.
kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular interval and meet thse doctor immediately
