hello dr. Mera beta ek saal ka ho gya hai .. weight 8kg hai kuch nahi khata muh se nikaal deta hai use viral fever bhi hai.. mera he doodh pita hai.. mai soch Rahi hu Mera doodh band kar du shayad wo achche se khane Lage aur mere paas formula milk hai jo 6to 12 year ka hai use de sakti hu ???plz reply

for fever give paracetamol drops and stop breast feeding gradually, his weight is ok it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
