hes  too small.See with babies not every thing will go as per rules.each baby has her own speed to learn and that's okAlways keep in mind that over the day the baby should get food that help her get all protein, fat and carbohydrates and belong to your culture

This is quite normal in babies and these things get normal by its own while your baby grows up so you should not worry about it at all. You just try to interact with your baby more and once the situations get Norman you should start taking your baby out it will help to make your baby more comfortable
