Hello dr… mera baby 2 yrs ka hai usko 3 din pehle bahut bukhar aa raha tha isliye dr ko dikhyana to unonone bola ki usko mouth ulcer and throat sore hua hai …uska bukhar abhi gaya hai bt vo kuch kha nai pa raha hai.. milk bottle se usko milk bhi pine k liye nai ho raha hai…vo gel lagane nai deta hai ialiye muje kuch syrup suggeat karo mouth ulcer cure hone k liye plzz
