Hello Dr I have twin Baby boy both are 36days old it's really painful to me give breast feeding every time .. please advice can I use formula milk ?

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all day while breastfeeding your baby. There are many brands that offer formula milk for babies like Nan pro, Lactogen, Similac, Enfamil and so on. You can use any one that suits your baby’s digestion. Good luck and take care.
