hello Dr ...I am not feeling well as I am breastfeeding mother of 4month old baby I have body ache feeling cold my nose is running.... tomorrow my bay has 3rd vaccination I am worried he may not get the infection....he too is having little blocked nose can I give him vaccine tomorrow or I should wait...????plz answer

can give the vaccine 
simple fever , cough and cold as well as simple discomfort of the child for a few days is not a contraindication for vaccination and it is advisable to go for vaccination at the earliest. 
the maximum you can delay would be around 2-3 weeks but after that it is advisable not to delay the vaccination
if still in confusion you can meet your doctor who will examine the child and tell you whether vaccination delay is preferable or you can go for vaccination

During the time of common cold and cough you can get the vaccination done it’s not a problem in fact if the child is also having a problem the doctor would suggest the medicines to give only medicines are not advisable to be done during the time of fever but tomorrow you should get the vaccination on time
