hello, does teething causes fever to babies?

A. teething itself doesn't cause fever, loose motions, or illness, but when children put dirty objects or fingers in their mouths for self-soothing, it can lead to infections or digestive issues. this behavior, common until age 2, may coincide with illness.

A. hello when there is corruption of new teeth there can be pain and irritation due to which there can be fever in baby which is normal and absolutely nothing to worry and you can give paracetamol in such a case which is not a problem
