Hello doctors! Please tell the diet restrictions and requirements when having LDL cholesterol reading of 117. Rest all readings are in normal range. Appreciate your advice. Thank you.

A. Hi I’m not going to advise you any diet plan just randomly it would be advisable for you to consult a nutritionist she will check all your reports properly and accordingly she will advise you the right kind of diet plan you should be following and asked for how long you should go ahead with it and will hold you need to restrict
