Hello Doctors my 15 months old baby boy doesn't let me clean his teeth and tongue whenever iam trying to clean his tongue with clean cotton cloth dipped in lukewarm water he is continuously resisting by closing his teeth tightly and biting my finger what should i do to clean his tongue so that i can prevent him from infections and recurrent fever.

talk to him, distract him a bit during tge process..
give her tooth brush teetger so that he will familier to it
