Hello doctors .I got covid positive today ..my baby is 1 year old ...and is with me from past 3 days ..should we test him too? any danger ?mine is symptomatic (cough throat irritation and fever 101.5) I got vaccinated ..can I feed him?please tell your self experience ..m getting tensed.....11 months old baby ...:(

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hello. you can continue breast feeding, but it would be good to isolated yourself and let other who is negative take care of your baby if your baby has no symptoms till now.
keep on watch on him as well.
or can breastfeed the child. Prior to handling the infant or while breastfeeding, the mother should wash her hands and wear a mask. keep good hygiene
