hello doctors and parents .....im having cold with runny nose n headache. I have tab Erox n tab paracip .can i take this...or suggest me some effective remedies .

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like a cold and headache so if you are not breast feeding mother then you can take these medicines otherwise only tablet sinarest three times a day

Chitradevi PMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi Mom, It is best to avoid self medicate yourself. Always consult with your doctor for proper evaluation and advise before taking any medicines. Take plenty of fluids like soups etc. Keep yourself well hydrated always. You can also take vapour steam for better relief.
