hello doctors 5yrs old child having vomit and loose motions since last night...in vomit indigestion smell..plz suggest..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. baby is having gastroenteritis infection Please give zinconia syrup to the baby 5ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to avoid dehydration in the baby advisable to give adequate ORS coconut water and buttermilk
