hello doctor..when to concern about formula feed baby's stool?

Babies may pass stool many times a day or not pass for days together. both situation are normal
You need to take action when child cries while passing stool because it is too hard or when it is too watery.

if your child passes stool in too much watery or hard like stone consistency with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician.
if possible please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
give Massage to your child to daily
maintain good hygiene
