hello doctor, what would be the alternative homemade food of cerelac rice at night for my 6 month old baby? I want to avoid wheat based now.

A. Hello mom you can for millets such as ragi , bajra etc , kichidi, multigrain mix as well can also be given . Wheat can be introduced from the age of 8 months onwards
