Hello Doctor what is the best nutrition for height growth? and please suggest me one healthy drink for my 8+ daughter.

anudeep kFather of a 6 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. hi...my baby girl os 3 years old..she is affected with fever it lasts for 3 days..she doesnot take paracetmol properly during fever..she vomtings 2 times in fever ..now there is no fever but she has apatite and dry cough..what should i do..please give some reasons of dry cough and remedy for that

let her play outdoors
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
massage her with Babyhug coconut oil
use simply purified water having tds higher 350 and don't use Demineralized water for drinking
use more probiotics and seasonal fruits in her dirt
