hello doctor what is innocent murmur in 4 months old baby?? is it dangerous??

A. You can see the child can take out little bit of sound here at their different different sounds you will you probably that’s what it is called apart from that there is nothing wrong with the sound the kids to make because when they start looking around after the age of three months in excitement they can take out certain sounds in and murmuring can be there
