No no it would be good that you should go to a doctor and get it examine I’m not saying it is emergency that you have to go but it’s better to clear your doubt because the ball is usually on the side it is in the middle so that maybe more concerning to you but I don’t see a problem talk to your doctor they will be able to give you better understanding and confirmation if there is an issue or not
