Hello Doctor, this is about my 1 year kid. he had VSD whole in heart and it was closed through a surgery when he was 3 months old however after 1 month of surgery he had another issue where in Doctor noticed leakage in his heart walve during 2D Echo and since then he is on medication. recently we did 2D Echo to know the status and now its is gradually closing. Doctors could not find the root cause of this leakage however told me it should be cured through medication. My ask - Could you tell us why did my kid develop leakage after surgery and can it be cured by medication and does he had risk of leakage again ? My ask -
