Q.

hello doctor's... my son one and half month old gets surgery for ranula under tounge a week ago.. after surgery doctor told that its not ranula..its multycystic lymphotic malformation and its drained... after surgery baby tounge is swallowed heavily.. Dr give first dose of sclerotherapy injection.. but still baby tounge swollen heavily.. what I do now? please sujjest me

A. since the baby has recently drained the problem and the lymphatic tissue may be there which may take quite long time for the baby to subside if the baby is not taking feeding properly you can give expressed breast milk at present
