Hello Doctor.. recently got vaccinated as my son is 4month old. the injection site is hard. how to manage

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is quite normal in babies after vaccination and please massage on baby effective skin with almond oil or coconut oil very gently and if there is fever then give baby doctor prescribed medication. Take care
