Hello doctor, Now my son is eight months old,from when onwards i can introduce semisolids night time to him?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. now you slowly do. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workout

yes mam
you can give four to five times meals to your child per day
please maintain gape of two to three hours between two meals
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc
