Q.

hello doctor.. my son is suffering with high fever, cold and cough so what food and fruits can be given?... please suggest

A. hi. ,you can give him fluids like milk, milk shakes, ors water , fruit juuce, dal soup, veg soup. feed dal khichdi, daliya khichdi adding veggies, idli, upma, sheeta, raab, dal roti.
