Hello doctor My son is of 20 months but doesn't speak a single word what is the issue with him., I have heard about tounge tie is it something .

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to evaluate once with your local child doctor in person or any speech therapist in person as it is quite difficult to say anything about it without personally examination and proper reports evaluation.
